This test data has been created for a lubricant fluid inspection system. Each bubble is a spherical shaped region filled with a air inside a block of liquid. The appearance of each bubble is only a product of its environment distorted by refraction. It is a good example for rendering of high quality images with very complex light paths, that are modelled after the physical properties.
